The ministry God entrusted to Lady V has shaped her into a woman of leadership, ownership, and collaboration. Her heart for service and excellence shines through every assignment she carries.
She has founded and led two nonprofit organizations, co-founded Evolve Enterprises LLP, and owns Travorium Travel Ventures. In addition, she serves as President of the Board of Directors for Pilgrims’ Inn Women’s Shelter, continuing her lifelong commitment to uplifting women and families in need.
In April 2013, Valerie Lawson became Mrs. Watkins, uniting with her husband, Ronald Watkins. By October 2014, her 501(c)(3) nonprofit and book, “No Sad Story,” were both established—continuing the legacy of her beloved mother, Evangelist Bertrina Lawson (November 23, 1933 – December 7, 1996).
A defining moment came on April 8, 2020, when a tragic act of domestic violence forever changed her life. From that pain, God birthed a new ministry—“Cry Out 2 Get Out!”—dedicated to unmasking the silent epidemic of domestic violence and offering hope to survivors.
Lady V’s life stands as a testament of resilience and faith. Today, she continues her mission through speaking engagements, HIV/AIDS and Domestic Violence presentations, private coaching, and business consultations—empowering others to rise above adversity and walk boldly in purpose. She has officially Launched Lady V Speaks!
